Sprezzatura Pastry Sour

Dark and berry-rich, Sprezzatura shimmers in the glass and immediately makes it clear where this is heading. The aroma dives straight into a fruit basket filled with sweet notes of raspberries and blueberries. In the background, subtle vanilla-sweet pastry notes start to appear, shaped by the special malt blend, including Biscuit malt.

Before things become too rich, the first sip brings an elegant acidity from the Philly Sour yeast, alongside lightly tart yeasty notes. The finish is beautifully balanced between sweet and sour, fruity and wonderfully creamy. Like a liquid berry tart.
